Certificate Request Process
Once you have completed your 4 day 3-night host resort tour and would like to request your certificates,
please feel free to do so by using the form provided by the link below. You may also make this request via our customer service line.
You may request your certificates at any time once the host resort has been completed.
Please note it may take up to 48 hours for the Host Resort to report your tour as complete.
Note:
Only request the certificates you’re planning to use as they come with a 30-day activation period.
Requested certificates will be sent out via regular mail. Once you receive your certificates follow all instructions outlined on the certificate.
The travel agency assigned to your individual certificate will conduct the booking process with you. Please also consider the information below when making your request as it applies to your individual package. Notice required is effective from the date the customer redeems the certificate, not the date it is requested.
